Through our booking form we collect the following information: First and last name, title and artist name, country, email address, phone number, desired recording dates, number of people, accommodation preferences and project description.

Why we collect your data

We collect your data solely to handle your booking inquiry and communicate with you about your potential recording session with us. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Legal basis

The processing of your personal data is based on your consent, which you provide by checking the consent box in the booking form.

How long we retain your data

We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, but no longer than 24 months. If a booking is made, data may be retained longer for accounting and contractual purposes, in accordance with Swedish accounting law.

Who has access to your data

Your data is not shared with third parties, except for the technical services we use to operate the website, such as web hosting (one.com) and email services. These parties process your data according to their own privacy policies and GDPR.
